Who We Are
Condimental is a small-batch condiment brand built on one simple belief: the condiment is never an afterthought.
We grew up across continents — Dubai, Cyprus, London, Dublin — eating from kitchens that never agreed on one cuisine. Lebanese one night, Persian the next, Japanese the one after that. Flavour was always the point. The condiment was always the punctuation.
That's what Condimental is. Globally inspired condiments for people who cook with intention and eat with curiosity. Based in the Netherlands. Obsessively good.
Taberu Rayu — Our First
Taberu Rayu is a Japanese-style eating oil. Not a cooking oil — an eating oil. Made to be spooned straight from the jar onto whatever needs it most.
Crispy shallots. Toasted peanuts. Chilli heat. A whisper of preserved lemon and miso crumble. Warm, complex, and deeply savoury.
